Baltürk Garden Sapanca Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Baltürk Garden with my family. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly escorted to my room. Speaking of the room, it was absolutely stunning. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the high-end furnishings to the plush bedding and linens. The room was also equipped with all the modern amenities including 2 large flat-screens TV, high-speed internet, and a jacuzzi. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive with a hot pool in the garden to swim, surrounded with green areas to listen to the nature and relax. We had excellent breakfast with variety of choices and also had a special dinner with birthday celebration of my wife. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the service was impeccable. Overall, my stay at Baltürk Garden was truly unforgettable. The level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience.

My wife and I stayed at Baltürk Garden, at the beginning of August. Pro's - Nice location - Nice breakfast - They have nice backyard where you can sit and have rest - They have a nice pool (I must say we have stayed during the week, when it was not really busy) - Rooms are big enough, besides really well decorated and functional! Con's - They have problems with cleaning. In the first room, we noticed a half opened instant-coffee package and the room was not cleaned well. They have changed our room but in the next room, there was visible stain on the electric switch. Bathroom door and wall was also stained. - The gave us dirty bathrobe. We asked for a change. - There as a spider web -and of course the spider itself- on the bathroom ceiling - We also asked for cleaning on the last day (when we were by the pool) but the room was not cleaned. There seems to be miscommunication between the reception and the cleaning staff. They definitely should change the cleaning staff and inspect better. It could be much better and there is big room for improvement.

Looks even better than the pictures. It's a very lovely hotel, the aesthetic was well thought out. The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, especially Ramadan and the older man who stands by the door, unfortunately I don't remember his name. They have a gorgeous pool as well. 10/10 would recommend to future travellers.
